A great fun place for the kids! The restaurant has two floors and got very busy very quickly!
The food was good and service too! The main attraction is the animals and thunderstorms during our time there...
Great experience and one for the list! -

Took our daughter here for her 9th Birthday today. They have everyone sitting so close like a can of sardines. The waitress was nice but barely came back to the table to check on us. The appetizer which was nachos was cold, why would you serve cheese dip cold? Pieces of whole shredded cheese were in there still. When I asked the waitress if it was suppose to be cold her reply was "yes cold". Now for our main food. One of my kids ordered the kids American macaroni and cheese ( that's what they called it) it was far from American Macaroni and cheese, it was flavorless and nasty. None of the food was worth the price, we walked out paying £67.00 for 3 meals and one appetizer. Who charges £13.00 for a kids meal even when the kid never ate theirs due to the nasty taste. I do not recommend this place at all! The one at Disney is by far better.... save your money and eat at shake shack!

Maybe it's because I don't go to chains ever but the food and service was horrible. Again this maybe par for course at chains and I just don't frequent them but literally I ordered a drink 3 times and it never came and then it was on bill. It took us almost 2 hours to eat a "quick" one course meal. Not sure if this is normal for a chain but seemed outrageous. I didn't expect much from food but they certainly came up short of my low bar expectations.

The perfect place if you want a different dining experience, that doesn't only leave kids in awe. The plants, animals and jungle sounds give off an amazing rainforest illusion, that is especially exciting during thunderstorms, when the animals start to move.

Another American expert. It's OK...a little gimmicky but kids might like it. Food is so so.
